About Peter and Ana

Peter Huson is the co-founder of the i Fratelli and Tre Fratelli Restaurants. During the ’80s and ’90s, the San Francisco restaurants were popular eateries on Russian Hill – right on the Pacific & Hyde Cable Car Line – And, the trolley ride was to take the restaurants and their recipes around the world. For 30 years, Peter trained and consulted across borders and oceans while diversifying his recipe portfolio – a robust index of cuisines of the world. From Italian to American, from Mexican to comprehensive Latin American, and from Chinese to encompassing Asian, the sky’s the limit to his learnings of cookery and cultures.

Ana Huson is the publisher of travel, food, and wine guidebooks to Northern California and abroad. Ana worked at the restaurants in San Francisco, becoming Peter’s partner in life, in business, and in pleasure. Enhancing his career and leading the restaurant expansion into new markets, Ana made documenting the work-in-progress, her life mission. Personally and professionally, Ana continues to be involved with the food and beverage industry.

Peter and I have spent our lives raising a large family, opening restaurants, and publishing food and beverage tourism guides in multiple countries.

After feeding thousands of people at home and at our restaurants, we decided to continue the tradition through RecipeCircle.World. We’ve always been the keepers of the family’s recipes and understand the need to have a platform where you to share them with your favorite people.
